1 THERMAL CAMERA
Materials
Fatigue characterization on specimens, to determine a material’s intrinsic fatigue strength without 15–20-test campaigns.
The first technology that estimates the fatigue strength of materials and components by reading their heat. Up to 10× faster, non-destructive, and compatible with the test machines you already own.

Fasther characterizes the fatigue behavior of materials and mechanical components by reading the heat that damage generates. Tests up to 10× faster, non-destructive, on the machines you already have.

01 — TECHNOLOGY
During a fatigue test, the material dissipates energy as heat. Fasther combines sensors and infrared cameras with a proprietary, patent-pending algorithm that detects the onset of damage long before a crack becomes visible.
01
The thermal cameras are set up next to your existing test fixture, with no invasive modifications.
02
Real-time thermal maps, focused on the most highly stressed areas.
03
Thermal indicators sensitive to microstructural damage, processed automatically.
04
A reliable estimate, consistent with the staircase method, in a fraction of the time.
